Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Dopdop Online app (“Application”), developed by Koiuda Yana (“Service Provider”), collects, uses, and protects your information. This Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “as is.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- The pages/screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent;
- Your mobile operating system and device information (e.g., model, OS version, language/locale);
- Device/installation identifiers used to automatically create a temporary user account and for account functionality (including recovery).
If you choose to register an account, we may collect:
- Your email address;
- A password (used solely for login purposes and securely stored in encrypted/hashed form).
The Application does not collect precise location data (e.g., GPS). However, we may estimate your approximate location (city/country) based on your IP address to improve gameplay experience and performance.
We use collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the service;
- Create and manage your account;
- Allow access to saved progress;
- Enable account recovery on other devices;
- Understand how the Application is used and improve features and performance (usage analytics via Firebase Analytics);
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability issues (diagnostics via Sentry).
We do not serve ads or use data for advertising/remarketing or cross-app tracking.
Third-Party Access
We do not share personal data with third parties except (i) with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the App, or (ii) when required by law.
Our current service providers are:
- Google Play Services – platform services.
- Firebase Analytics (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) – collects pseudonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the App is used and improve it. See Analytics with Firebase below. Firebase privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- Sentry (error monitoring) – receives crash reports and technical diagnostics only; data is encrypted in transit and used solely to help us detect and fix issues (see Error Monitoring with Sentry below).
Analytics with Firebase
We use Firebase Analytics to collect pseudonymous data about how users interact with the Application.
What Firebase Analytics collects (examples)
- App usage: sessions and engagement, screen views, in-app events (e.g., button taps, feature usage), approximate engagement metrics;
- Device/app info: device model, OS version, app version/build, language/locale, country/region (derived from IP);
- Identifiers: a randomly generated Firebase App Instance ID for the installation (resets on reinstall).
Purpose — to understand user behavior, improve gameplay balance and UX, and optimize performance and stability.
Advertising — we do not enable Google advertising features, Google Signals, or remarketing audiences, and we do not use the device Advertising ID for ads.
Security & retention — data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase Analytics typically retains event data for up to 14 months (configurable by the developer) and may keep aggregated reports thereafter. Details: Firebase Privacy & Security.
Your choices — you can request disabling analytics for your installation and deletion of associated analytics data by emailing dopdop.online@gmail.com. Reinstalling the App (or clearing its data) resets the Firebase Instance ID.
Error Monitoring with Sentry
We use the Sentry SDK (Sentry Inc., 45 Fremont St, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) to collect crash reports and diagnostic data.
What Sentry receives
- Crash logs and stack traces;
- App information: app name and version/build, build type (debug/release), start time, runtime/engine info (e.g., Unity/Mono), internal trace/span IDs;
- Device and OS details: model, OS version, CPU/GPU model and capabilities, memory size/free memory, processor count, battery level/status, boot time, device type;
- Locale and time settings: system language/locale, calendar, time zone;
- Technical request data such as the URL at the time of the error (no credentials);
- Approximate location (city/country) derived from IP for diagnostics only (no precise GPS);
- A random per-installation identifier generated by the SDK (not ANDROID_ID/IDFA; it resets on reinstall).
We do not send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying data to Sentry unless you explicitly provide them in the App (e.g., in a support form). Sentry applies data-scrubbing to avoid accidental collection of sensitive values.
Purpose — to diagnose and fix bugs and improve the stability and safety of the App.
Security & retention — events are transmitted over HTTPS. On the free Sentry plan, crash reports and diagnostic events are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically.
Your choices — you can request deletion of crash reports related to you by emailing dopdop.online@gmail.com (please include any relevant user or install ID).

Account & Data Deletion
If you created an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data:
- In-app path: Settings → Account → Delete Account (or Request Deletion).
- Web request: https://dopdop.online/social/
- Or email us at dopdop.online@gmail.com (include your user ID/installation ID if available).
Deleting your account permanently removes account credentials and associated gameplay data stored by us. Analytics/diagnostics tied to your installation identifiers will also be deleted upon request.
Security
Passwords are stored using encryption and never shared with third parties. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect the information we collect.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application through your device’s standard uninstall process. You can also request disabling analytics/diagnostics for your installation and deletion of associated data by emailing dopdop.online@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
We retain data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward.
- Firebase Analytics: typically retained for up to 14 months (configurable); aggregated reports may persist beyond that period.
- Sentry crash reports/diagnostic events: retained for up to 30 days (free plan), then automatically deleted.
You can request earlier deletion at dopdop.online@gmail.com.
Children
This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it immediately. Parents can contact us to request removal.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Effective date: 2025-08-22
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
